About ICBC National Convention 2014

The Convention will be based on the theme ‘India and Canada – An Innovative Partnership’ and will discuss opportunities for India and Canada to partner for technology-led innovations in areas ranging from Financial Services, ICT to Education and Skills Development. His Excellency, the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, has kindly agreed to deliver a Valedictory Address at the ICBC National Convention, and meet with the delegates thereafter ICBC will also be signing an official MOU with Sri Lanka Canada Business Chamber(SLCBC)during the Convention.

The Convention aims to bring together officials of the Maharashtra/ India government, Canadian High Commission and the Consulates in India as well as senior representatives from key trade bodies. Besides the distinguished members of ICBC, the convention will also be attended by key decision makers from the Industry from the sectors of Financial Services, Education/skill development, Infrastructure, ICT and Innovation.
